As some of you may already know (at least I hope you assume from reading my post) that I embrace a very healthy life style. I’ve noticed that over the last 3 years might diet has improved drastically every year. As I educate my self about what is healthy and what is unhealthy for my body I’ve alter my diet accordingly. It’s a misconception that eating healthy amounts to nibbling on grass and a couple of almonds; not true. In these healthy alternative post I will share some of my healthy alternatives along with an occasional healthy recipe by yours truly (that would be me).
